Abuela María Casa Rural is placed in the Cabaneros National Park, in Santa Quiteria, a village that depends on the town of Alcoba de los Montes, at Ciudad Real's province. La Mancha. The Cabaneros National Park was declared a National Park on November 20, 1995. Its landscape is formed by extensive grazing lands with rich seasonal pastures where a variety of animals feed. The hills and peaks covered with Mediterranean forest and scrublands are the home to a variety of birds and mammals. Here we find over 200 different bird species, with the most noteworthy species being large birds of prey, including eagles and vultures; and mammals such as deers, roe deers or boars. The park is also noted for its rich flora, including a variety of tree and bush species.

The house dates from the beginning of the past Century, had a large farmyard, granary, stable and shed. All of these dependences have been restored to become a beautiful rural house. It has a large dinning-room with kitchen and two bedrooms, both of them with en-suite bathroom, one of them with a double bed and the other one with twin beds and a wide attic where two more beds are placed. The entire house is air-conditioned (cold and warm). There is a fireplace in the dinning-room as well. There is a sun-heated swimming-pool, a great yard, barbecue, children's game zone and a balcony where you can enjoy astonishing views to the Cabaneros National Park. Dinning-room with kitchen: The dinning-room has a 40 m2 area. There is a fireplace, air-conditioning unit, leather sofas, TV, home cinema and games (chess, cards, etc.). The kitchen has dish-washer, oven, cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer and some little electrical appliances. There is a toilet too. Bedroom with double bed: The bedroom has a 17 m2 area, bed 1.50 m wide and wardrobe. The furniture is 1950's original. There is a complete toilet with shower. Bedroom with two beds: The bedroom has 20 m2 area, with two beds (1.05 m wide), desk, wardrobe, tables and chairs. There is a complete bathroom.
