Camping in Asturias coast, near Galicia. On the edge of a steep cliff sticking out into the sea, in the Protected Zone of the Westerly Coast, Camping Taurán has the beach of Taurán on its westside, it borders the sea to the north and east, and to the south the meadows of the township San Martín de Santiago. At 1km there is 'Salinas' beach and at 2,5km you will find Luarca, the capital of the "Green Community" of Valdés.

Farm with native asturian animals: 'asturcon' pony, 'bermeya' goat, 'xalda' sheep, 'pita pinta' chicken. Ecological vegetable garden. Greenhouse. Activities. The Campsite opens from April o1st to September 31st. - Places with electricity available. - Camping spots overlooking the sea. - Log Bungalows . Rent throughout the year (reservation required). The Log cabins or bungalows (2 to 6 persons) provide a complete equipment and the prices vary between 65,00 and 95,00 €/day in high season (Holy Week and from 06/07 until 31/08 ). The rest of the year the prices depend on the number of persons per bungalow.

ACCESS. Coming from highway E-70 (former N632) take exit 471 (Luarca/El Chano), from N634 exit at the signs at kilometre 508, 3km to the campsite. From Luarca: 2,5 km going up "la Pena" or 5 km over N634. By foot it is a 1,5 km walk over the path from Salinas beach.
